Hi, my name is Dmitry, and I help people to buy and sell their properties
For many years, real estate services and property management were my hobbies, like sports, where each successful deal becomes a win. My friends, and people who knows me, often asked, if I feel like professional on that market and like to help them with their properties, why didn`t I make it my job?
The answer was in two parts
Well, first, I`m a radio engineer. In addition, obviously quite good engineer, as more than 10 years I worked for a "large international company". Second, I have to admit that never understood for which kind of services Realtors receive their fabulous fees. Because as per my understanding - real estate operations are simple!
It turned out to be simple, but not for everyone
The reason, why it is so, is that people do not buy or sell their homes and apartments every day. Probably they do it rather rarely. That is why, when them decided to change their place of living they are not feel 100% sure that can do it in a proper way. It relates to continuously changing laws in real estate industry and state taxes administration, and risks of fraud. Therefore, it needs to be professional with deep knowledge of current market situation, rules and regulations, to be successful in such kind of project.

Mission and goals
All these prompted me to create my own, small but cool company "S Novym Domom Tebya!" what might be translated as "Happy New Home!"
- What for? To help people acquire somewhat those they can call their Home and not just the place where they dwell!
- How will we do that? Make hi quality; honest, smart services on a real estate market in accordance to unique request of each our Client.
